1. Update your Profile

Update your profile and avatar—This is how everyone in the community sees you. Tip: Using an image that is easily recognizable as you is very helpful when colleagues are trying to find you.

2. Join a Group

Join groups you are interested in, to get access to information only group members can see. Click on the "Join this group" button

2. Network and Find Colleagues

Your network consists of the people you add by clicking on the "Add to Network" link from their profile page.

A. To find a colleague, enter the name into the "Search" Box on the left and click on the "Go" button. Tip: One way to improve your search results is use the plus key between the names to make them all required (such as entering Molly+Simons).

B. To add a colleague found in the search results to your network, click the small person icon to the right of their name - this is great for sharing more profile information.

C. From the search results, click on the name to go to their profile page.
